Dr Arayomi’s surgery offers family planning procedures for all Essex patients (except Southend area) for intrauterine devices (IUD) and contraception implants (Nexplanon).There are no waiting list, as there are available appointments to see all suitable patients within a week of contacting the surgery. The IUD(coil) and implant are part of LARC procedures offered in the surgery.
